I am a little disillusioned as any messages to couples or females I have sent have been pretty much ignored.
Im a single guy, it seems the odds are against any success at the mo. I'm not a bad looking guy, im no model either, but what I want to ask, is it particularly hard to meet couples / singles ?
I've heard there are a great many timewasters on this site. That's a shame. I make a point of being respectful in my messages, I am polite anyway.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

It's a common complaint, but in the main it's only from people who've recently joined the Site.
This is only your second post in the forum, and your profile page has nothing in there to separate you from all the other people looking for meets. Have you spent any time getting yourself known in the chat rooms?
It's a proven fact that people who make an effort to socialise in chat and/or the forums stand a much better chance of finding people to meet with. Simply sending unsolicited messages will, in most cases, fall on deaf ears.
Anyway, may I be the first to :welcome: you to the forums. As you're here, why not head on over to the 'Fancy a Chat' forum and make an impression. ;)

Welcome to the forums. I haven't troubled to read your profile, but I'm sure you'll find plenty of advice on tweeking it. From my own experiences as a member of swinging heaven, I can advise being seen on cam, in the chatrooms, as a big plus towards meeting any lady from the site. Going to socials is another positive and proven way to meet people, socially first of all, but it all confirms you to be genuinely who you claim to be.

Thankyou, good advice, particularly regarding socials, I think that's what I will do - will investigate what ones are "single " friendly in the Midlands. Cheers.

For every couple/fem who will meet a single male, there are thousands of candidates. Many single male profiles are fakers/timewasters/playing away husbands, and thus single males tend to have a bit of a bad reputation.
Don't expect rapid results, you've only just joined, it will take time and patience.
As others have said, meet people socially at munches and other events.
Improve your profile, add some pictures, suitably anonymised if necessary.
