Some sites I have been on allow you to add your own personal comments to a profile. These are notes you make about the profile being viewed and are ONLY visible by the person making the note, not by anyone else.
The sort of thing I would use such a facility for would be notes like:
"mailed on (date) -- they are 200 miles away"
"mailed on (date) -- No response"
or
" She was in the chatroom and seems nice - follow up with a message"
I really need something to help me keep track of who I've already mailed and who replied and who didn't !!
Just something for admin to consider when you next play with the profile format.
That seems a reasonable idea HJ - its private and would be a good aid
do some sites have a verification box on profiles too??? so, if you choose to, you can allow people you meet to verify that you are genuine? That seems like an idea maybe......and how id love a name and shame wall too for time wasters and fakes, lol!!!!
Yeah, a private notes and comments box would be great.

I havent been nor am i on any other sites at the min, this one takes up enought time, hehehe. So I cant really give a justified opinion on what is needed to make it a better site.......(i'll leave that up to the professionals) but it was just a lil " what if......."
Im spending a little more time in the forums. Chatrooms for my physical needs and the forum for my mental ones, lol. And I can see that another thread has just started on the verification front, so for those who have battled it out to the death, I apologise, hehehehe. It would be nice aswel to be able to get some kind of reminder when/if somebody else replys to a forum thread...........or am i being too greedy now? lol xxxxx
