Adult channel deregulation

Hello all,
Over the last few months of internet surfing I have seen snippetts of information about the ongoing censorship of the current adult channels. As we all know, if you do subscribe you do not get to se anything particularly strong like ejaculation or actual penetration.
From what I have read though, this looks like it could be changing this year to actually show everything. I did read the reason for this but I cant remember what it said now. Does anyone have any more info on this subject?

Not certain, but I would think it is to fall in line with the rest of Europe. Our censorship laws have always been way too strict, its about time they were changed.

keep an eye on for news on this - ofcom (or whoever's in charge of this stuff these days) ran a consultation back end of last year, which included the lightening the rules concerning transmission of 'adult' material. The result of the consultation was supposed to be early this year, but has been put back to May/June time.
No one knows which way the decision's going to go.
