We have a giant 3x3 metre Twister game and a couple of water guns that we load with baby oil 
We also have some adult space hoppers which are great fun especially when used after the twister game with all that baby oil about
But for both of them you have to have a suitable room with lots of space

we found the wedare game for the wii a good giggle here is 1 example of wherew to buy as it wasnt given licence in the uk

just make sure it will be compatible with the uk pal rated system

It all depends how risque you intend to be, and it seems like you have a couple of worthwhile suggestions already.
Identifying other guests by their more private bits, either blindfolded or through a glory hole, can be fun...so it can be visual or you could opt for taking the taste test. Many different slants to this, for instance which one of the three/four is your partner. I'm sure you could devise a game which would suit you best for the occasion.

Whilst in 'net rambling mode the other day I came across this site
I was actually looking at the Shibari section at first but read this and downloaded it.
TBH I haven't got the full version only the 'freebie' lowest 2 'spice' levels.
It plays a bit like Monopoly but when you land on a square you can either pay rent or do a forfit. Before anyone gets squeamish, you can define what you will / will not do and to whom before you start.
Me and the GF had a quick play on our own but she would have to be so drunk to play with others she would be passed out anyway...
