I'm sure your advice was well intended Sarah but, as all regular contributors to the forum know, any young single lady who is new to the site should be sent to stay for a weekend with skinny here in Brighton......after that things can only get better for her!
AH but skinny, she didn't ask for a private meet, she wishes to go / advise on a club! :lol: (anyway you would have to tidy up before anyone came to visit!! :lol: )

why not find a guy who is also interested but nervious and go together. make it clear you are both single but mates. see how you get on. at least you have a wing man. but choose wisely. not offering myself so no worries.

I've been to a club as a single girl - the owners and staff made me feel very welcome and actually, it was a chilled night of fun. I would echo Sarah's idea that going when an event is on might be a good option though. :welcome: by the way! x

Hi Miss Very, :welcome: I have been to a few clubs on my own as a single woman. It can be daunting but it can also be a lot of fun. My best advice would be to check out the club reviews on this site - they are a helpful starting point. If you like the sound of any of them then get in touch with the club, they are used to people being new and nervous and any club I know of would be delighted to have a single woman present, and will treat you with respect and kindness. If you are going on your own, then my advice would be to go on a night, for your first visit, where it is a couple and single ladies night - as there won't be single men there on their own, so you will be in company of other single women and couples either there on their own or looking for women and or couples. It can be a bit pressurised to go on a night where there are single men present when you are on your own, that said I have been to events like this and had a great night, but I had been to clubs with friends quite a few times before. Finding a guy, girl or a couple to go along with is a good idea, but further advice is to meet for a drink with that person(s) somewhere public on the night first, in case they can't make it, or you don't feel comfortable or are just too nervous, this will save you the trouble of finding them in the club or vice versa (most clubs do not allow mobile phones inside the club). More random advice is to bring flat shoes for the end of the night, condoms, a good map of the location and to take the number of the club with you on the way there! If you don't know the area ask the club to book a taxi for you, they will know reputable local firms for a single girl. Above all else - ENJOY, it is a lot of fun, and it certainly broadens the horizon. Amber V xxxx

It is a totally new experience for me and I don't want to ruin it by rushing and going about it the wrong way. But it is something I have thought about for ages now. Hi Miss Very and welcome! My partner and I found it useful going into the chat rooms here and talking/ flirting with couples and girls! We also started to use our cam and be a little naughty which was great for helping us to feel more comfortable about our bodies and because people have seen that we are real and not a single guy acting as a couple we have had loads of messages from likeminded couples and girls who we now consider friends!
