Ouch essex!! My eyes are watering for you sad I found this on the NHS website but I really think the best thing to do would be to pop along to ya GP. No need to be embarrassed they have seen it all before kiss
The tight piece of skin attaching the foreskin to the penis may be torn. The medical name for this skin is frenulum, it is also known as the ‘banjo string’ due to its appearance.
The frenulum may heal without treatment if it is rested for several days. Lubricating jelly may be used during sex to avoid a reoccurrence of the problem. If you experience repeated bleeding or discomfort you should visit your GP or local genitourinary medicine clinic (GUM clinic). A small operation (frenuloplasty) may be necessary to stop the problem recurring.
HTH.

If it's only cut a small bit it'll heal given time I promise wink
Poor you  Ouch.
Wash penis three times a day at least with warm soapy water and then apply Savlon Cream. Do that for a week. If no better visit Dr or NHS Direct.
Hope it all goes well
