If you mean you want to make your pic your avatar then you need to make sure it not too big (see the profile page) and then use the browse button to identify the location on your PC - then add it. Simple!

have you resized the pic you want to use? Avatars can only be upto 100x100 pixels (I think).
You should be able to resize in pretty much any art package or photo manipulation package.
My ugly mug is on my messages and if people dont like the look of me then that is their decision - we are who we are, and looks are not everything.
