Why would the new laws apply here?? It's supposed to be for fun and by saying that people HAVE to swing with people that are younger/older than they prefer then it would cease to be fun wouldn't it??
I have my preferences and I state them in our ad's.... I will not swing with anyone I dont want to and it is very very rare that I consider anyone that doesn't fit the criteria I specify...

well when I get to 50 I probaly wouldnt want to play with some 18 year old anyway, people have their own prefernces about who they want to play with and as long as they arnt mean or rude when advertising then I cant see the problem

Look people may well be confused as to what the law actually applies too and this could be a genuine thread???????????????
As its to do with employment law only then of course it does not apply to sites like this ....................................................yet....................................don't laugh ..............................it could happen ................................ you think about smoking and being banned in public places - 10 years ago would you have believed it ?????? I wouldnt have :shock: :shock: :shock:
Now as for age discrimaination in the work place - young and old - I am really pleased that the law has changed although I still think it will be another 10 years before it really makes a difference.

Well you may not like seeing that you are too old for some people, when they put the age range they prefer in their ads - but the alternative is they don't put that you are too old and you waste your time replying to people who have no intention of meeting someone your age.
Ignorance may well be bliss but it can also be a complete waste of time!

an 'escort' is paid by the hour and free to choose what happens within that time period......
Yes, and anyway, I would imagine that most escorts are notemployed by the client, but either employed by an agency or self-employed. Or engaged on an entirely unofficial basis.
