lol   heres one for ya how come when you get up in the morning you feel like crap but all you have done is stayed in bed for eight hours not done a marathon....sorry you lot had to listen to that but am grouchy on a morning, but i feel better for getting it of my chest
it's a morning thing, doesn't matter how much sleep i get i just can't do mornings. when i used to do shift work i could go to bed at 4am and spring out of bed at midday happy and full of energy. when i had to do earlies and get up at 5am i was a real evil bastard all week, same amount of sleep just a different time dunno
confused :? :? and some times you can wake up at 3am and fell wide awake you could get up and start your day but what do i do go back to sleep wake up 4hors later and feel like iv been git by a bus
I do permanent nights, have done for 2 years now. I'd hate to go back to a days/noons job, as i never have that "get up and rush around getting ready" situation, and i find i sleep better than i've ever done.
Sleep is a funny thing - there was an article in the paper about it last week. Apparently there is a gene that is found in only one in ten people that allows them to have full and satisfying sleep all the time - definately haven't got it - not fair!
Zolpidem, Zolpidem, your either still half asleep when you wake up, or have a big head.
I can sleep anywhere. I am especially fond of floors with rugs lol
