:welcome: to SH. as suze rightly says, addiction can become a problem. we've tried a kind of SH anonymous thing before now, but it didn't seem to cure anyone. in fact, being ministered to on a comfy sofa kinda made the whole thing worse, so we just do our best to deal with it these days.
