Amsterdam sex cinemas
We go to Amsterdam at least twice a year - best city in the world!! Surprisingly, the Dutch can be quite prudish about public naughtiness, but provide much oppotunity for private naughtiness (even the "adult" cinemas are quite public). Can I suggest 1 of 2 options? Firstly, the sex shows are pretty good for first timers, notably the Banana Bar and the Casa Rosso - they're fairly up market, and not at all dodgy. If you want some private fun, most of the sexshops have "viewing rooms" - some are better/bigger than others. You choose a dvd from the shelves, pay your cash, and are left to your own devices in one of the booths. Check out a few of the sexshops first to see which booth appeals, and off you go! 
The B1 has 3 floors, 1 showing straight porn, 1 gay porn and the top floor has places to play. We've tried it twice but found it was not really for us. It wasn't really busy either time but there were a few in, more in the gay cinema and the top floor than the straight cinema. Both times we went we were the only couple in.
If you fancied one of the clubs instead - Showboat or Fata Morgana are about 40 euro cab fare outside the city, the Paradise is fairly central (if you like a lot of guys) and so is the Sameplace.
The Sameplace is our favourite Amsterdam club and is sleazy in a nice way whereas we found the B1 just sleazy.
