I was sitting in SH cafe drinking my morning coffee. I looked up from my paper and found only one other looking over the breakfast buffet. I do hope this is not a sign of the cafe falling clientele. I have always enjoyed a chat with the folk on the next table.

Despite having left half my brain in a rather mashed up state in a field somewhere near Newbury I'm here, although I might not make much sense for a while.
Sassy, I believe the beach is nearer Pembrey than Gower, although I'm sure no-one on Gower would mind.
