On Sunday in reply to a thread entitled Sunday fun, I posted a reply that was well out of order which broke the forum rules for which I received a ban. I have sent a personal apology to the member concernd but felt due to the high number of members who viewed that post I should also go public with it. Though I did not agree with what was said, it is fine to disagree, but to be rude and abusive is not! Lesson learned.

 Put it behind you mate, welcome back to the fold.
Welcome back
if nothing else it gives me a lesson in the rules.
Stay honest to your views though (as long as they don't attack members personnally)

Having just watched Supernanny, I know that it is good that we have a reflection room at SH Towers where we send all the naughty boys and girls to think about their mis-behaviour.
Glad to see that it works

I also didnt see the origional posting, but feel I should offer my support for such a heart felt and honest apology.
