Personally it depends on where. If it's a daytime meet then I'll go very casual appropriate to the weather and the venue.
If it's an evening meet then it will most likely be chinos and a polo shirt type casual with comfortable shoes.
I value comfort over style any day, which is why I never ever go formal regardless of the occasion.
Then again, clothes never have been my strong point redface
