Nearly as much as pampas grass! The few people on here I've seen using ankle chains to communicate their sexstyle were all into cuckold/hotwife rather than straight-up swinging. But even so, take-up is so low that it just doesn't make enough of a reliable symbol.

Ankle bracelets were always, in the past, associated with prostitutes, and like so many things in this more permissive age they have carried over into the mainstream, as a kind of risque type of wear. I think that to make any presumptions based upon the wearing of such might potentially cause problems. It's like assuming the lady who's going topless wishes someone would fondle her boobs .... and perhaps she does ... but she's allowed to be selective just the same as the rest of us. Who remembers punk girls dressed in rubber and bondage gear ... and there was nothing about them which was meant to be sexual, in fact more what became known as asexual, they were visibly confrontational... perfectly decent sorts all the same. So ankle bracelets, just like heels, or the showing off of cleavage even, can all be interpreted as a come on, and often that's how it's meant to be, but I'm afraid there's no rule of thumb, you just have to blag it the same as you always did.
