Another Newbie..

Well I've been inspired by Hornet Harlot, who so bravely stepped off the Forum highboard, to don my arm bands and plunge in biggrin

(dammit forgot my trunks...)
A big hello to everyone I have spoken to in Chat over the past couple of weeks in paricular the stunningly beautiful Sue (you know who you are sweetheart) and to HornyOldTart (big snog!). I apologise for being so slack and not writing on here before but will make it my mission to try harder..see y'all at a munch soon.

I've really been meaning to put pen ..er..mouse to er..paper er website style of thing as it were (!) for the last week but only just got up the nerve. I'm sure it sounds a bit silly but when you are new to this every step can be a bit daunting..particularly when everyone else seems to know everyone!
Its really nice to get such a warm welcome though, look forward to meeting you all in person!

A while back I inherited a parrot. I knew nothing about parrots except they could bite - HARD - if not cared for properly. So I joined a parrot forum. The immediate reaction from all the experts was "What kind of stupid idiot gets a parrot without finding out all about them first" :lol:
If you ignored the subject material, I daresay every internet forum has much the same dynamics. wink

I am so glad I have taken the plunge I can't stop now. Must have posted about 20 posts up to now. (slight exageration but guys usually don't mind when I do that) Hope you enjoy it as much as I am (posting that is)
