Anyone remember the Magic Roundabout...?

In a world, yet again gon absolutely mad. Where originality has often died and they take away what once was our childhood, comes another stolen, botched film. Due out in 2005, it is a film on the buzz lightyear type of production 'where 4 friends embark to defeat the evil zebadee...'It only begs to wonder what comes next... a thresome movie about , Big ted and looby loo....Garden wars with Bill, Ben and Little weed? Anyone else think it should be left as was?

I thought at first that the link you gave from the IMDB was one of those hoax pages, but horror of horrors, it turns out to be genuine! I'm sure Serge Danot will be rotating in the Pere Lachaise (or wherever), but presumably the holders of the copyright have given their permission, no doubt in exchange for a few million dollars. Shame on them!

Thanks for posting... I thought at first I had BO....!
No I actually saw it on a trailer in the local cinema and was, well gob smacked and thought...no it cant be true...but then I looked it up and their it was!

Whilst agreeing wholeheartedly with the sentiments on the casting I feel it should be pointed out that as unbelievable as it may seem all the "bits" on Ms Minogue K are as God supplied (bless him) although her sis Ms Minogue D has a few enhancements , Kylie is all natural .

Just to add to the atmosphere, on Sunday morning (early hours!) a certain group of NW Munchers were giving the whole rendition of said Magic Roundabout, Jasper Carrott style................. along with his Funky Moped, THe Lumberjack Song and others from Monty Python and the original Banana Splits!!!
Sad bastards, aren't we ????????? lol
