I'm lucky I have two bathrooms one with shower and the other with bath
it is great when the kids want to use them and i can have a leisurly
soak for half an hour or so.
Oh but i would so like to have a large bath one that you can float in
I do feel sorry for tall people who cant even relax

Is there another way?

Oh well I do relax it's just either my feet or in or my shoulders or my knees but never all three at the same time.

Well I can fit in the bath perfectly.... Only 5' (and a bit)....Normally I have a nice little sleep (accidental due to being so relaxed) and turn out looking like a prune!
biggrin
I love having a bath ( yet at a hotel for a munch I prefer a shower dunno ), even a quick wash ( 1/2 hour from fill to finish ) to an hour or so - especially if I shave my head. A bath is definately the way to go ( and gillette mach 3, king of shaves shaving gel, wiliknson sword shaving soap dish and brush and king of shaves moisturiser - that's all the bases covered, now watch the commission roll in! )

well if big enough u cud always dive in hehe...........always some1 out there stupid enough lol
All I can say is that after camping out in a field, with no "ablution" blocks, for two days - my bath was THE most sacred place when I got home!!! Soaked, soaked and soaked some more!!! Have to have bubbles - it is obligatory!!!

I love a long soak in the bath, my hubbie wants to rip it out and have just a shower
I admit i like a shower in the summer but u still can't beat a bath wink
I listen to the whirring of the extractor fan, as there are no windows in my bathroom. I also watch my knees poke out of the water, as the bath is not long enough for me to fully stretch my legs.
When I was a kid we did not have a bathroom so we had to wash in a Tin bath in front of teh fire, I hated that Bloddy Tin Bath.
Now I have a lovly BIG BATH and its great to soak in for as long as i like.
Mmmmmmmmm..... a nice big hot bubble bath...... with a really good book to read whilst i relax and a glass of well-chilled champagne by my side....... and maybe some raspberries if i get hungry........ lol
Definately my idea of heaven.......

Yeah - baths can be fun
I like baths sometimes but have to be in the mood for one.
The one thing I HATE about them though is when you get out of it and you've gone all wrinkly confused

Your hubby is just wrong, plain wrong, and I say again wrong. Showers and baths can have a peaceful co-existance, but ripping out a bath to put in a shower is errrrr........wrong.
Don't let him do it or you'll regret it.......
Just my 2p worth smile
cool 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Ripping the bath out would be sacriledge....... don't do it.... let both the bath and the shower co-exist happily side by side.... it works.... lol
Showers are for when you're in a hurry.... a bath is the ideal way to unwind and totally relax, shedding your cares of the day as easily as the droplets of water that fall from your skin as you step out of the water........ lol

Bathing is a functional thing, step in shower, wash, go... job done .... unless of course you're not alone.

Shhhhh I'm having a private moment here imagining princess stepping out of the bath with
rivulets of water running down her moist and clean body.
Moments like this you appreciate a cold shower ;).
