Firstly, thanks for reading this post. My question: Can anyone recommend a qualified aromatherapist/massage therapist in my area. I would rather depend on members' recommendations than working my way through a list from yellow pages.

I'll take your comment in the most charitable way that I can do, and presume that you mean that you're embarassed that you might get an unintentional erection from the massage. *IF* that's the case, a good masseur or aromatherapist will ignore it, because a) it will be of no interest to them and b) they are professional people who have spent a long time being trained and want to practice what they have learned.

It just seems to be a curious place to be asking this question - a swingers' site! There are quite a few more "mainstream" Yorkshire chat or info sites if you need a personal recommendation. I'm in your area, but I'm afraid I can't help.

Is it for sexual preferences or a medical condition that you want treatment for?
Any qualified aromatherapist would ask these questions before looking at you as a case - if you want more than just therapy you need to be honest about it before the aromatherapist has to discontinue your care as such as it is not ethiical for them to engage in sexual deviation from their therapy role.
If it is sexual then you dont actually need a qualified person just someone who is into the aromatherapy scene?

I enjoy aromatherapy because I find the essential oils beneficial. I used to have an aromatherapy regularly until my therapist retired. I find it helpful in dealing with stress. In any event, it's a very relaxing experience.

Please read my reply to Steph. My motive isn't sexual - there are more than enough outlets for that. I simply want a stress relieving, relaxing aromatherapy massage and I wonder if anyone her has a recommendation.
