If i read this correctly, Mr Davies is saying swinging is their "thing". But this case is about child abuse.

If i read this correctly, Mr Davies is saying swinging is their "thing". But this case is about child abuse.

Marya you beat me to it I was just cutting and pasting the comment by the judge out and was also going to highlight the bit 'a window into the minds of people who engage in this type of thing'.
It really is a generalisation grouping all swingers into the aspersion that we are all child molesters too, a very predjudicial view and very irresponsible of him.

Exactly my thoughts too.
It doesn't matter whether this couple were swingers or not! The fact is they encouraged this vile man to abuse his own grand daughter for their own sexual gratification and that has sickened me to the core
