Yep - Sarah hit the nail on the head. It is the acronym 'Pants Off Legs Open'. The lady bit dates back to the old chatroom when you didn't have little pink and blue symbols - so I needed a bit on the end to indicate I was female (so I didn't have to answer the repeated question... are you m or f?)
