Its difficult, by what Sarah is saying a penis a fraction over 4 inch's is average and also a penis a fraction under 8 inch's is average. Does not seem right when one is virtually twice the size of the other.

Less than 5 inch is small(er) Above 7 inch is big and over 8 inch is large. 7 inch seems to be a marker, if you go and take a look at size charts penis size's over 7 inch fall rapidly. Again penis sizes under 5 inch drop rapidly too.

This was the original source. Its actually a commercial website selling a product but the graph there agrees with many others and was quite nicely presented for illustration here I thought
I agree to some extent it is what you can do with it though all woman are different.
