bad drivers

just heard an anouncement from the department of transport, they have started a new scheme to warn people about bad drivers. They want us to be aware of those drivers who, dont show consideration for others, are boy racers, or plain idiots.
This is being done by making the driver display a flag on his car. The D.O.T have decided that this flag will be all white with a red cross on it.... You must display this on one side of your car ,, If your a really bad driver then you will be made to display one on each side of your car...
