Firstly, did anyone else know there are actually 3 versions of this song??? The original one, another one in the 80's with Kylie and Jason, and the latest one.
Secondly, who the HELL is the first person singing in the latest one?? you know, the bloke standing there with his arms folded going "its Christmas Time................"?????????????????????????????? dunno

Yeah - i realise who he is now, lol!! i'm not a big fan of Coldplay actually. and he's so ugly!! and shes so fit!! and they called their poor child APPLE FFS!!!

Whose bright idea was it to have Dizzee Rascal rapping in the middle of it? I mean nuff respect to the guy but it really doesn't fit in the song! Maybe he could write an alternative Band Aid single, Fix Up Look Sharp, it's Christmas lol

Saw all three versions on VH1 over the weekend even the second version is better then the new one.......but only because Kylie is in it! :smitten:

yeh i can remember the 8o's stock,aitken and waterman remix with the superstars like sonya and bros doing the vocals :fuckinghell: .my god it was bad but not as bad as the new one .it will surely go down as one of the worst recordings ever made.i know todays ermmmm singers are very poor in comarison to past generations but this record realy shows just how bad they realy are its truly shocking smackbottom

buy the dvd and relive the whole band aid experience if needs be. The remakes are never as good as the full impact of Sir bob screaming at your telly........
One good thing is that the original is getting played a lot more now instead of the newer ones! lol
