dont know if anyone already asked this but has anyone had any luck claiming there bank charges back
so far we have got back
£500 from barclaycard lol
£200 from cap 1 :lol:
waiting for court date for tsb

I know several people who have been sucessful - a friend at work has got over 6 grand back from various banks, so it can work :thumbup:
the downside, for those with bank accounts, is that the bank will often close your account if you start these proceedings against them, so make sure you open another account elsewhere before you start wink

one guy had his account closed by the bank took them to court the judge ordered the bank to reopen his account and pay £150 costs
