im no expert but im told or ive read cant remember that certain erogenous zones , ie the glans in this case would be used as part of the construction of the new vagina, so im guessing yes the o is still a possibility. is there a doctor in the house
There was an item on This Morning about this a few months ago; quite fascinating (although I wish it hadn't been on while I was eating my breakfast!). IIRC the glans are used to make the clitoris, and skin from the scrotum and foreskin are used in constructing the vagina, etc etc etc. Oh, and the new vagina has to be filled regularly otherwise it'll close up.
Not that I'm an expert on this but...
Unless the op went wrong (and it's a comparatively risky op btw), the nerves from the most sensitive bit of the penis gets relocated to the top of the opening, where they behave in a fairly clitoris-like way.
So the answer is yes in most cases... but no multiples ;-)
oh, and if all else fails, there is always the old prostate massage to fall back on.
That old Satur Bob Monkhouse once had sex with a chorus girl , and found that last year she was chorus boy when he "bottomed out" and nearly broke his dick. So the artificail vagina may be a lot less roomy than the perfection nature blessed you girls with.
It's all in Bobs Autobioghaphy , hidden Shallows or whatever it's called .
Fascinating post; thanks Judy.
Great post Judy, really interesting!
What I've always wondered about though is phalloplasty (in the case of female -> male gender reassignment), surely that must be very difficult to get a good result from?
CM
Yes, phalloplasty is much more difficult. A penis can be created, but it's getting it to be "functional" that is the problem. A lot of FTMs opt not to have genital surgery at all.
