Scary stuff. A bit strong to put him on the register though. dunno
With all that entails he could lose his job and everything for maybe a moment of drunken madness, that dont seem right to me.

Depends really i think, If the number rang is one digit different to his girlfriends number fair enough, easy mistake to make, especially when drunk. If it was a completely different number which wouldnt have been in his phone anyway, that puts a different slant on things.
here is my view BASED ON THE ARTICLE....
it seems obvious to me that the court failed to accept his "mitigation" ie. his explaination that the sending of the vid was by appears that he called her earlier and should have been aware that she was a stranger... therefore why send the clip???
he seemingly sent the vid to two other women ( he entered not guilty pleas which were accepted by the prosecution) but that doesnt mean to say that that he didnt actually send them. If he did send the video to these other women doesnt that show some sort of pattern?
Knowing what i do about the criminal Justice system im bound to say that this is the sort of sexual case where there should be some longer term procedure in place to protect the public. Maybe its a little harsh but i think it has some merit.
To me , he seems like he's the modern day equivalent of a "flasher"....a pretty disturbed bunch of people!!!

It says that he called the number first hung up then sent the message, so even if the number was one digit diffarent seems very unlikely that he's going to call the same wrong number twice by mistake to me? even more so when drunk :dunno:

never though about it like that but its a very good point, and how does he know how old these women are? hes probabily calling the numbers first to make sure the phone belongs to a woman before he sends the clips, it was only a cpl weeks that my 15 year old daughter had a porn clip sent to her via blue tooth on a train, i suppose some people may think its funny to open their blue tooth and send everyone on their list porn but when its going to kids its a diffarent story.
Surely if you are phoning your "girlfriend" on your mobile phone there would not be a need to dial anything as the number would be automatically in your list of contacts which you would call up and select when you were attempting to contact said girlfriend. GUILTY
