Beer and Balls for posting

I'm talking about the lack of inhibitions here.
I don't usually post on this site (disregard the last 990 posts) but I always seem to post more when at least tippsy (ok ok pissed).
I seem to post what I would think anyway. I don't consider any consequences and hit the submit button. It is usually posted quickly without thought of the thread. Without consideration of the readers and very rarely with compasion.
I was thinking how you post when intoxicated. I don't believe I would make a good forum user whilst drunk but atleast one in the ten would be quite amusing/relevant (to me anyway).
Do you express your views with images? Large writing? Colours?anything?

Post anything when I'm pissed - or should I say use to....had my knuckles wrapped a few times (quite rightly so I guess) which has quelled my......Cheeky side some what..!

If I've had a drink my posts get sillier, and I tend to reply to the daft threads that I might not normally bother with. I certainly don't try to do any moderating as Mark would probably sack me for banning the first 200 photo ad users I came across just for a laugh lol

Only one time did I log on VERY pissed about 5am after having had friends round dunno

. I made a few really stupid posts and then went to sleep. I woke up in the morning knowing I had posted but not remembering what. I was dreading what I would find :shock: :scared: . Fortunately they weren't that offensive so no-one really noticed :crazy:

I rarely drink alcohol.........don't laugh lol

My posts are bad enough without bringing alcohol into the equation :shock: :shock:
When I drink I don't think therefore I would have to come back on the following morning and delete everything I'd posted the night before......... confused

I am drunk now.. but thats an exception to the rule... usually I am sober and just home from work... or eating my tea... or any number of other mundane non-sexual things.
Sometimes (quite often) posting on here does get me randy... but its never got me drunk.
Slightly off topic.. but it has always surprised me the number of couples that I have met that have needed to have a lot to drink to step from knowing they want to shag me... to actually doing something. Usually this is the sitting round talking and flirting point where they suddenly hit the booze to build up dutch courage. I suppose I notice it more because I don't normally drink on these kind of occasions. Is that most people's experience? or do I just have big balls for not needing to get drunk first? biggrin

It's a curve ball but......I like it and can relate to it. I've had cpls as bold as brass on the eu de cologne, to the point I'm very nervous / excited and sober as a Judge (inevitably driving down some motorway..!). Yet, on arrival, the cpls ( not all) are knocking back the love juice like there's no tomorrow and still more nervous than me....god I must be scary.........but.....usually a good time had by all...... :smug:
When entertaining company I must admit to having the odd bacardi or two.. wink

I think some of it is because you can be more nervous as a couple because there are two of you... but if your by yourself I think there is less pressure in a way... not like you are going to embarriss yourself in front of someone you have to see again. Its also genuinely no strings if your the single person.
But I tend to find that I get nerves by myself beforehand... they are not so noticable once I am in company... although sometimes I can be shaking like a leaf or hot and cold all over... alcohol isn't going to fix that... but getting to know the people will.
Having said that... I agree with eager that being well oiled really does help on occasion.
