Best Place for a stag weekend

My mate is getting hitched early next year and we're trying to arrange a stag weekend.
So whats the best places to go?
Budapest Prague etc have been mentioned - anyone know what they're like?
I fancy somewhere in Estonia - heard great things about the wom, ahem place redface
About 20 lads will be going so any advice about how places react when a group of lads turn up would be idaeal
Any ideas?

alot of stag and hen nites head over to ireland ie dublin for the weekend
well me say go 1 step beyond(a great madness song) go over to the west coast galway top town brill pubs club resturants
and great priced hotels and b+b to suite all pockets (if pennys to spend stay at the southern)

A bunch of my mates went to Prague a year ago and said it was fekin brilliant...
beer was only 40p ish a pint so you can get loaded for next to nowt.
And its supposed to be a wonderfull city to see..
