but as others have said... the subject was dicussed before and has been... and those for and against had there say...it was trailed.. and it failed miserable.... heck there was 52 pages of discussion about it in the thread and i hope that you respected everyones opinions who gave to that thread.. because as it stands at the moment it doesn't feel like it....
i do believe in free speech and i wouldn't have it any other way.. but please read that thread again.... and you will undersatnd why it probably will never be tried again, and would never work.....
