I think that blue plaques should be assigned to certain avatars and they should be preserved for the nation.

i know what you mean about the avatars, i get confused when people change theirs, i tend to look at the avatar and remember who it is, previous posts etc, change it and im lost.
i remember going to a munch and marmalade had to get into his avatar pose for me to remember who he was lol. sad thing is when the penny dropped i thought omg your a man, ( he had fantastic legs in his avatar)
funny thing that, i dont always view a profile of a forum user , and have sometimes not realised if they are male or female.
