has anyone used it,does it does it there was a name for cant recall sucess stories.
What do you mean, use it for what?
Transferring pictures?
You should always turn it off after use though as people can access information stored on your phone this way without you knowing.

What ever you use bluetooth for, password protect everything; phone, computer, printer, PDA, the lot.
Oh, I think you are looking for 'toothing', Google it.
There is alot of bluetooth phones out there, most are set up for open conection. No password needed.
Bluejacking was rife when Bluetooth first came out but now most if not all phones need a password or passcode to be entered before they pair with another phone so its a lot more difficult..
I only ever use it to pair with a phone to file transfer or a hands free device then turn it off when finished as it drains the battery quite quickly..
soz, should have worded it better.l remember reading on a site people use bluetooth for meetings.
would put thier bluetooth connect to a arrange to have sex
Software is avalable where by if you send someone a picture or a file while they accept your large file you can access anything in the phone (Not including Messages or contacts) Available to any V2 Phone.. So while they take your nice picture or song you can roam around and help yourself.
Also its possible your phone is set to accept without a password or code and most are too lazy to change from the set 0000 thats built in..
What he has asked though is about setting up a card in your phone stating what your interested in and naming your phone something sexy when out and about so people can see what your called.. Then if you send your card to another device to see a reaction...
Not dangerous.... only fun.

never ever set your bluetooth to accept all files without asking bloody dangerous and some material you just will not want to view and nasty bits of work on trains, bus stops etc will try to send you something for a laugh if they see you got a compatible kids but sometimes even your friends.
As for everything else like mp3 sharing and that its thing ive found bad about it so far is the stereo bluetooth headsets you can sound quality is not right up there yet.
My nokia cannot receive anything without the operator (me) ok'ing it. As far as I can see, there is no ability to accept anything without it having to be confirmed.
