okay this one is just a tad early...... smile

i am going to paris for the champions league final.. my plane leaves at 11:00... my taxi leaves in 15 minutes!!!!
must say i have never been as nervous about a football game in my life...
anyway... if i find an internet cafe between beers this afternoon..... I'll pop in and tell you all what it is like.....

Paris is lovely... and full of cockneys!!! every 2nd person along the street is wearing an arsenal shirt....

If you'd asked me up until 5 pm Sunday I'd have said i was hoping for the Arse to loose, as a confirmed Spurs fan...
But since they beat us to the 4th place (even though the food poisoning of most of our team before the match on SUnday is looking very suspicious) I hope they win......
Yes a Spurs fan hoping the 'enemy' win!!......
My reasoning?? well if they win it doesn't matter that they beat us to 4th... we still wouldn't have got into the Champions League mad

right.. back at the hotel... have to say that i am gutted.....but just to let you all know i haven't been arrested by the french police... lol
the boys played like hero's tonight.... we were the better team for most of the game.. but such is life.....
see you all when i fly back in tomorrow morning....

right... back in the country!!!!!!
we all knew that the keeper had to go when the ref blew the whistle... i don't think you'll find anyone who will dispute that....
the other 10 players were immense!!!....... we were the better team when it was 11 v 11..... we were the better team for a lot of the game before they equalised when it was 11 v 10
when they equalised we knew there was only going to be one winner after that.... the lads looked out of there feet..........
fair play to barca...... the ref had a shocker though!!!!
