so i have the tv on in the background for noise and i here the mention of breakup songs.
instantly in my head i hear this......
i played alot of music through my break up but thinking of it most of it was rather angry stuff. while playing this my son walked in (i didn't hear him as it was very very loud) he stood and listened for a moment before saying to me 'i'm thinking you'd like to say that to dad...cool song' he's nearly sixteen and always been very on the ball!
i did actually tell my ex that i had a new cd for him and gave him the album with the instruction to play it very loudly
so if you do the music thing during breakups, do you go for the angry stuff or the sad drive you to tears stuff?
whips

Glad I don't live next door.
Plim lol

Love the first comment. I miss my ex wife but my aims getting better.
I like that willie nelson one how does it go again-
Maybe I didn't treat you
Quite as good as I should have
Maybe I didn't love you
Quite as often as I could have
Little things I should have said and done
I just never took the time
You were always on my case
I was always on the piss

Just about sums it up for me this: "the beautiful ones they hurt you, every time"
And plus I'm just being self-indulgent with this version. I soooo wish I had seen this tour.
Sinead O Connor - nothing compares to you - gets me everytime
For my ex hubby -
For someone else -
Ok seeing as us men are not being serious enough rolleyes Heres two by one band. First for the lyrics and the second for the video

Second song also has to be one of the best covers ever!
