that is so last week!
britney is a twat. end of

And when was it that you met her personally to get that opinion?
i was about to say the same thing......
for me it is sad to watch... it is like watching a car crash in slow motion....and the sign of her having a breakdown....
I feel sorry for her kids at the moment watching their mother not looking after herself.. and for all her family that must be hell
so for someone who knows squat about her personally to call her a "twat" is unfair and uncalled for.....
I agree Fabio, i must admit i do feel sorry for her, shes only young and to shave off all her own hair, well she must been feeling crap. I feel sad for her little boys, but i heard that her mum is coming to help out so hopefully that will help her.
Suze xx
Shaving off your hair must be one of the things that a woman could not do so lightly, so she must be in a very emotional state to have had to do that. Its not for anyone else to judge her. I do find that people who tend to label people twats or such like all the time tend not to be so likeable themselves. wink

People's dislike of Britney is influenced by her behaviour when she was in sound mind. For example does anyone recall her break up with Justin Timberlake when she informed the world that he had a tiny todger?
Whether his todger is small, medium or large is unimportant (well it is to me at least), but what does it say about the lady?

I agree, she was a young girl with attitude and was apparently gutted by the split, no excuse to pull him to pieces, BUT she doesn't deserve what is happening right now, no one does, not her, nor Robbie Williams nor anyone else going through this, give them some slack pleeease!
By the way, it couldn't have had a lasting affect on him, he later hooked up with Cameron Diaz who's a stunner and has been there to support Brit lately.
Liaisons, are you the type who does not forgive easily? It's incredible you have remembered about the todger thing, I hadn't! wink

Not sure what you are trying to imply there jamar
But from a man's point of view, if Justin had told the world after the split that Britney had a 'bucket fanny' or something equaly nasty, the world's press would have slautered him, but these days a woman can be as nasty as she likes and get away with it.
I remember the Britney todger outburst from some TV clip or something where Justin's granny said that she had seen Justin's winkle many a time when he was a boy and it was not at all small and I found the whole affair rather comic. rotflmao :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
i feel for the poor lass granted she has done bad things (who hasnt) but under that amount of pressure who wudnt lose there head from a very young age she has been in the eyes of the world
good for her she has obviously realised she has probems which is the biggest and hardest step to make
so many celebrities are hounded by press and the things they do when just like us they like to let their hair down every once in a while or off in this instance lol
leave her alone i say let her get the help she needs and hopefully can get her life back on track
I thought it really suited her...... not many women can carry it off. I'd look awful with me head shaved.... confused

that's what I meant, you are talking from a man's point of view, she did wrong from ANYONE's point of view not just a man's (or yours)and yes you are right it wouldn't be nice the other way round.. I was just wondering about the forgiving thing in general as you have a long memory it would seem.
i think she just needs time to get herself sorted out, in my opinion its a cry for help.
good luck to her and hope she gets back to her old self.

My memory is not good enough to remember when it occured, but I have had an interest in Britney going back many years, not as a fan but as an observer of her music for buisness purposes.
But your obsession in whether I am a forgiving person and your obvious envy of my ability to remember events going back many years in a concern. Do you wish to share with this forum your 'issues'? It could be your 'Jerry Springer moment'

And a close shave phew!
I don't doubt that she was/is probably a precocious brat - I don't know the woman, the only Britney we're used to seeing is the super glossy popstar, hence the shock when she does something like flash her lou lou, shave her hair off etc ...... not exactly life changing or threatening acts in the big scheme of things confused But we all hold Britney the person responsible - not Britney the corporate company, that's pushed a young lady too far :?
As for the Justin todger thing. A throw away comment made years ago, by an angry woman who wanted a little bit of revenge ........ she certainly ain't the first person to use the "his dicks too small" line, to hurt an ex, so no trend setting there, and she certainly won't be the last. Can hardly call her the most evil woman in the world and lets not forget it, for that, something that many a woman has done :? dunno
It amazes me that people can interfere with a girls life to the extent they did. Give her the perfect hair, nails, teeth, smile. Prime her on how to act, tell her what to say, and what not to say in an interview - not just in work hours, but as a way of life for her. When you think you've created the perfect puppet, let her bring in the millions, advertise her and her fortune even more ..... and call it living The American Dream!!!!

 you've lost me now! Obsession? hmmm let me see...
1. Compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea or an unwanted feeling or emotion, often accompanied by symptoms of anxiety.
2. A compulsive, often unreasonable idea or emotion.

So, as I've only mentioned it twice, first time a question, second a reply to your questions, no I don't seem to have an obsession about your forgiveness ideas.
Dear me, it's like Question time with the BBC!... no I'm not that bothered about talking any more on the topic, I'm off for some mussels in garlic sauce thank you very much! tara wave
All the people who said lovely things
You all said stuff I wanted to say but did'nt need to. Also I read today (and I know that means squat with todays media) that she may have had a case of lice and that if it's true there is no way you can get a nit comb through hair extensions and cutting them off is about the only option.
Anyway she's still lovely even with no hair!
Love

Can you tell I am worried?
Sorry for the hijack kiss
People go bald when they are hurting. When me and my ex first finished in the early days, for whatever reason, I went the next day to the hairdressers and had all my hair cut off to loose my sense of identity and to stop looking like a woman. I also paced for 2 days. I felt as if my whole being had been cut away and although it doesnt make sense now, at the time it was a statement about who I was and how I felt. Would never do that again but I really feel for Britney at this time. Poor girl - a lost soul.

The news reported this morning that Britney has left rehab less than 24 hours after entering it (with a blonde wig on).
For the sake of her children and her own sanity, she needs to sort herself out. Going on wild nights out and getting drunk just masks the pain of her marriage breakup, dealing with it is one step closer to getting over it and making a new life for her and her young sons.
As a single parent, Britney needs to be a good role model to her sons, not just another Hollywood pisshead with drug addiction issues.

I feel sorry for Britney. To have everything you do from such a young age scrutinised and splashed all over the papers cannot be easy. Didn't she become successful initially as a kid?
Imagine if every time you went out and got wasted you were on the front of the papers the whole world over the next day, and everyone seemed to have an opinion of you based on that, and people thought they had a right to be publically critical and scathing of you just because you'd made some records which some people liked and some people didn't.
Look at what happens to people who beome so successful from a young age - Drew Barrymore, Judy Garland, Michael Jackson... or people who get public success a little older like Robbie Williams - everyone has an opinion about you and because you're in the public eye you are supposed to be above the pressure of that. People think they have the right to make comments about you on a deeply personal level just because you've made some records which they thought were shit. I'd hate it.
Now, I'm not a fan of these people on a musical level, but even the people whose records I like, who have tasted success on a far smaller scale and who haven't had the constraints of having to try and be some kind of clean-cut role model for the kids, have publically not handled the pressure well.
Marc Almond and his drug-fuelled nervous breakdown after the success of 'Tainted Love', Kurt Cobain not handling Nirvana becomming huge at all - the list could go on forever.
People like Britney must feel the pressure far more deeply becuase thier success is on a much higher level _and_ they're supposed to put on this mask all the time and play thier coporate image. She has been famous for so long she probably hasn't had anything close to a normal life, and it's debatable whether she would have chosen that lifestyle had she had any idea what she was letting herself in for. And her success started at an age where I don't think she really was old enough to make an informed decision oon what she wanted her whole life to be like.
I'm sure her money creates something of a comfort zone but even with double what she earns I'm not sure I'd trade places with her.
