Bumping into old friends...

Happens quite a lot round here, being in a smallish village and all that. People often travel or move away and then come back - it's fab!! :bounce:
I say fab, but I do tend to get a bit embarrassed afterwards, when I've stopped squealing in their face, and given them half a chance to say "sorry, do I know you :shock: "
But for the first time ever, it's happened to an online friend, someone I've never met!! Easy done it first seems - but the web is a bluddy mega massive thing to blend in to, not like my little village confused

When I first got the computer, long story short, I became really good online friends with someone. We would talk and laugh most nights, formed quite a bond with each other, which at the time I was really grateful for, one hell of a guy who was always there.
Eventually, just like real life, we kind of drifted off on our life journeys, can't say I've not thought of him since, cos still can't listen to "Brown eyed Girl" without thinking of him :lol2:
Then damn my old boots, if yesterday I didn't see his name on here!!!!!! :shock:
Well sod the embarrassment, I went straight to my PM box and E-squealed in his face :shock: :bounce: Thank heavens it was him!!! lol

So this is kind of a "Welcome to the site" thread...... although he's been a member for 3 years!! :lol2: I've just never spotted him!! :lol2:

Sorry missy I went out cos i was so delighted I wanted to tell my best friend the news and she has trouble reading so it was too important to do online.

Thank you winch, for the welcome.
Bumping into Missy again is the nicest surprise I have had in a long time.
When we first met I had just started to shed some of my baggage and live the life I wanted to. I spose some peple call that growing up.
Im going through a lovely period of growth at the moment. Missy has already helped me to remember what I was like and thats really helping. To be remembered fondly gives me great joy, particular when its Missy doing the rememebering.
She was and remains one of the most wonderful people I have never met or ever met come to that.
