buy a yacht or cruiser out there. Turkey has invested in new marinas and the berthing costs are the cheapest anywhere :thumbup:

I dont know all the details but a friend of mine built a few apartments herself and it worked out much cheaper than buying. I think it was about £50,000 to build two apartments. Maybe thats worth looking into.

20 bed hotel and pool was about £60,000 when we were out there
