hi there! can some one please tell me what ive paid for and how to access it cos i realy cant see much different like what is the profile genie ect cos they told me i would get it but i dont have a clue what it is or where to find it

If you click on Heaven Extras, there's lots of lovely pictures. It says to click each one to learn about the features - have you tried that at all?
