I believe only the moderator can do this for you. I run the same kinda forum board (PHP BB if i am not wrong) and the moderator and the admin have hte permissins to move hte posts arround, unless they have changed the security settings and give the permissons to certain groups. Sorry "Alexandra" I can't be anymore helpless!!

It's to make her postings more streamlined and aerodynamic so she can slip them in at a faster rate, and get further ahead of you on the post counts. LOL
