I'm new here, but I don't like being second class so I would like to arrange to be certified.
I propose to have a PM conversation with any certified member at 7pm today. I will say wibble, or even flobbalob, to prove my worthiness to join your club.
I reserve the right to change my mind at the crucial moment and not actually do anything certifiable, but I will arrive with intent.
See you at 7, but please, if you're not a certified member please stay out of my PM box, I'm only interested in boosting my ego and status by PMing with the elite. Once I am certified, I will of course use my new status to get easy PMs with people who want to be promoted.

I wish to make a complaint.
I sent an unsolicited PM to a certified member and she refused to perform on demand.
I feel she is abusing her status and being a PM-tease, and should have her certification removed forthwith.
I sent an email to the list admin and they asked for photographic proof.
This is an intolerable flouting of my politically correct right to something or other, probably, and I want some immediate attention. Maybe a bigger badge or something?
