having now just recently started talking to peeps in both the chat rooms and the forums i have decided to just focus on the forums ....anyone can chat to me on msn and in confidence that not all and sundry are watching our private conversation in the chats ....they tend to be rather clicky anyway with peeps just not answering you and yes its a public site so you have to expect this but manners ???? , its gr8 talking to people and hopefully they get an embrace of what you are about on the forums but as for chats not for me in the future ......msn much better. steve x
we just join in the banter in chat rooms,,if u just look at peeps profiles n whisper to them !!!!!! most times they wont answer ,,,,, nor do we unless we tell them we deaf ,,, please don`t whisper,,,,, then we like to perv profiles to see if its what we looking for n if nothing on them ,we leave that person to chat to them selfs ..thats our way not sure of others,,,,,,
flower411 a nice constructive reply and yes can see where you are coming from , however yes its nice to view and see whats being said in the chats and to sit and watch what others are up to but ??? have found them to be rather sterile to the outsider just coming in ...yes again there are lots who just come and go so conversation tends to be somewhat limited due to this...... but genuine people could be put off by the hostile ignorance on the chats ...again i for one wont use it again and hopefully people will try to get to know me on the forums and personal mails ... thank you flower for your reply good to know there is a pulse out there ? steve xx
I view both chat and forum as different but both good in their own ways. I'm a forum gal at heart, but go through phases of really enjoying the banter in chat. I found that you have to work at chat much more than in here. You kinda have to persevere with a room, get to know folk and then you can really appreciate it.
Id say it was 50:50 between the two when i was playin on here. Id be in chat while reading and posting on the forum. But then the forum seems to have slowed down a lot since i was last here. During my absence i have been a free member i used to read the forum and have an idea why its slower now ther just dont seem to be many of the regular members i knew left on here. But i find chat hard now im not looking
will stick to personal talk and the forums and my msn more cosy that way to get to know peeps and the munches and meets of course find the chats far too clicky no one talks anyway to people outside " the circle"................. steve x
i'm a chat room gal meself...same server same chat room as that is where my internet 'friends' know me, Chat rooms are not cliquey its more a case of regular's know each other just like on the forums, I for one am not a regular forum poster i read them, see if anything takes my interest, do the trivia quiz (lol) n then move into chat. Chat rooms, Like anything... you get out what you put in, tis jus like any 'group' a new person comes in & you have to suss them out before you welcome them into the fold so to speak.....similar to myself & the reasons i dont post, same people, same comments made , same hi-jacks. Each to their own i say, we are all here to use & enjoy the site however we see fit
At present, I prefer the forum. I can keep myself to myself, post if I want to (mainly just to amuse myself) or not post,and just read other folks posts. The chat room has its place, and I have found it a blast to be in at times. On a self imposed break from it now, due to the very predictable chat that goes on in there. Hello to all my chat buddies, that does NOT include you by the way!! Will be back when the time is right! So, in summary, a bit of both can be good! Lucys post.
When I log on I always come to the forum first and digest the days postings, then perv that I am I have a gander at some of the lasciviously divine videos :twisted: then I will wander into the chat rooms, sometimes to chat sometimes just to observe the spectrum of life.

I use both, I often have my own room in chat where I am just doing silly things and have a few regulars that come in for a laugh. I enjoy the light hearted banter and do stupid things like drying my hair on cam or playing stupid music requests. In the forums a more serious me seems to come out, I like the forums for the thought provoking threads. So I use the chat rooms for the banter and here for more meaningful discussions I used to do quiet a few threads but have been quieter of late.
Hi all I'm Nathan and I've been a member of SH for a while although very rarely do I get involved in the forums - I tend to stick to the chatrooms but to be honest I've getting nowhere I think the main reason behind this is the volume of single males compared to that of single females and couples. For me the biggest problem on there and infact SH in general is trying to show that ur not a sad internet warrior hunting the web for ur only form of sexual relief and that u are infact just a normal red blooded male...... Like me for example 9 times out of 10 when out on a night out I will not have a problem pulling a girl and getting my willy wet so to speak (ha ha how big headed does that sound). I'm not on here because I can't get any I'm here because I get turned on by the fantasy of meeting complete strangers for consensual sex Another thing I noticed is that the majority of guys on here have no standards..... I mean no offence meant to anyone but going into the chatrooms all u get is guys saying how gorgeous this or that woman is when the only photo they have available is one where u can barely see her ankles this then leads to a knock on effect where people believe it which is understandable as people will believe anything if it's a compliment. Has anyone else noticed this? Me personally I need to find a woman attractive I mean if she isn't the kind of girl u would approach in a bar on a night out why would u do so on here? Anyway gonna see whats crackerlacking in here for a while before probably calling it a day on my fairly short and defo not sweet swinging career. Lost and confussed Nathan

which do i prefer? well each have their benefits!... go into the chatroom to keep up with old friends, and do the quizes and generally have a laugh! the forum is my spiritual home, can be more thought provoking, can reall think about what i am saying rather then the quick think on your feet you have to be in the chatroom... i like both and meet both sets of people at socials... and a bloody good laugh had by all sean xxxxxxxxx
