The new flash room is very different and so far today the commonest comments have been as follows:
The text is too small to read. Unfortunately there isn't a way on PCs to change the font size
The name list isn't in alphabetical order. It starts off alphabetical when you first sign in, but as more people enter, they just get added to the top of the list. This is obviously quite far down the list of priorities while admin are trying to sort out fundamental problems so we'll just have to live with it, at least for the time being
New features... (Not all working at the moment but will do in time as our profiles/adverts get sorted out)
You can see symbols next to people's names telling you whether they're male, female or a couple
At the top of the screen you can link directly to other users profiles, view their cam, see pics
If you find the chat is running slowly (flash does take up a lot of CPU usage) you can click on "Chat tools" and "clear chat". This gets rid of all the text in the room and speeds things up again
To send a private message, click on the name of the person you want to talk to. What you type then will only be seen by them, but please ask them first, it's only polite
To chat to the whole room again, scroll up to the top of the names list and click on "Chat to all"
To view cams click on user cams at the top of the page and then the name of the person you want to view
To send your own cam, click on the little camera icon on the left hand screen, this will ask for permission to send your video.
Please remember that this is a “Swingers Chatroom†and not a live sex room. People who are on cam don’t necessarily want to get their kit off for you so please don’t ask
And my final cut and paste that is being used more and more frequently.... Please don't endlessly complain about the changes because it's getting on my nerves. Have a nice day now
