Can anyone point me in the direction of a definitive set of rules for using the chatroom?
I've looked around the help pages but can't find any, and I'd like something a bit more reliable than having people wait for me to do something against the (apparently invisible) rules then pounce on me and threaten to kick me out, which seems to be the standard method of enforcing authority.
Thanks

You could have asked when you were in the chatroom a minute ago Ice...

Edited to add.... You were not threatened with a kick Ice, I merely stated that I was on the verge of kicking you out for idling, which is not permitted in the chatroom and is quite clearly stated in the rules.
I could have, but I had already been threatened, by you, with eviction. You could have given me the link then couldn't you? Perhaps it was more fun to flex your cyber muscles instead of trying to be helpful.
Still, thank you for the link.
I note the following:
"If you are going to be absent from the chatroom for a period of an hour or more then please quit the chatroom"
Firstly, I wasn't absent, I was watching.
Secondly, the comment about idling being "classed as logging"... so what... I can, and do, log whether I'm actively chatting or not.
I have tried to get into the chatroom on numerous ocassions, but it says i need to register!
I thought by registering on here it would be the same as registering on the chatroom, but apparently not.
From what i can gather i need a totally new nick etc etc.
But it seems to give me no options when i apply.
Any clues please?
