Hi,
I'm no expert but someone else told me to go to "tools" select "internet options" then "advanced" then scroll down and tick the 3 Java options............you will have to close down your pc for this and reopen....if that doesnt work Heidi has some useful tips on the forum too........there seem to be a few people having problems at the moment so don't think it's just you,

You need to make sure that you have got Java loaded onto your pc, as this doesn't come as standard on any windows package anymore. click on the link below the chat room to download it; this does take a while (up to 30mins).
When trying to load the chatroom.. be patient. It can take a few minutes to load too.
