Well this post has certainly got to a few people hasn't it..?
Sean's comments pretty much hit the nail on the head with regard to good old fashioned "respect" though i feel it might be a tad Utopian.
There are nearly 400,000 people on this site and statistically that means a lot of trouble.
Every area of this site is voluntary. You don't have to post, read, enter chatrooms, watch cams, perform on cams. Your ad can be huge and informative or thin and worthless.
It's my opinion that you take out of it what you put in. The AUP covers the entire site and the powers that be already have the authority to discipline people. Whether there should be cam free rooms, single free rooms etc for the chatroom who knows..? Surely this is where the 400,000 need to make themselves heard.
The owners now have this as a money making site and need to listen to their customers.
To just call the site "bullshit" is obviously not constructive. Yes the chatrooms are full of wankers but the forums seem a friendly place.
There's only so much the owners can do, it's the community itself that needs to be in relative unity. Yes, it's a sex site but the anonymity of the keyboard shouldn't be an excuse for bad manners and thoughtlessness.
You would expect that the longer SH is a pay site the better the quality of members. I can't for a minute imagine that the ill mannered dregs of society are going to pay heavily just to spend the morning wanking over a fuzzy webcam.
It's certainly going to be interesting how this all develops..!

Last night was my first time on the chat since the site was done up. At one point a group of us (4 or 5) were chatting happily when a lady decided the room was too quiet. She went on cam and started stripping. Within about 2 minutes there were 70+ people in the room with about 6 blokes wanking on cam (not really my cup of tea). The majority were demanding she did stuff, and she in return demanded all the men do stuff too... (which bizarrely they did).
The point of my post? - well whilst it annoyed me that she destroyed our quiet place to chat, my only experience of camming was lots of vulgur men wanking but being urged on by the woman cammer. She seemed as bad as them
Hi Folks, I was in the chatrooms for the first time last night and realised I preferred the rooms with fewer people, which were the rooms without a female cammer.
Maybe a no cam room is a solution, the bees can swarm round whatever honey they find interesting, for me its chat.
Also if there's an ignore button (if there is I haven't found it yet) it would come in handy.
FYI I maybe a newbie in the chatrooms but only because I could never get the old ICQ one to work....lol
Southukcouple did a shower cam today and there were no unusaually crude comments.

Well I am a male and have enjoyed some of the shows and sometimes give complimentary comments.
OK encouragement can be ok but I have witnessed some less than subtle remarks ( like shove it up her xxse, break her back door in etc) and even worse abusive remarks to some women on their looks.
Some women ignore the remarks, some even laugh them off but some obviously take offence.
I notice you can see who is viewing you on cam, maybe the new site owners can modify the software so that the person on cam can block individuals who piss them off?
Another option maybe to be able to show by invite only?
I am sure in time, the prats will become well known and eventually kicked off, hopefully before some of the people who go on cam go elsewehere.
Well I don’t know about anyone else but I’m finding this whole thread fascinating and from an outsider’s perspective a bit of an eye opener.
As I said before we are very new to this. And thought that swingers, doggers swappers call them what you will must hold very liberal views on sex and sexual matters. It’s clear however that many people hold views not dissimilar to “Joe public†and can even be a little hostile and prudish to those that they see as not being “ just like meâ€.
Anyway its an interesting debate for the most part please keep it up.

So when i am on Cam doing whatever I like ( as I do) and seem to be the only one that is willing to say it and i say No directing and it carries on then who is in the wrong.............. me for been what i am or the people directing for not taking NO for an answer?
Yes there are some that now use the chat rooms that are not genuine swingers but i do have to say and think I stand in a very good position to say as i think i have a bed in the chat rooms ( not literally before someone jumps on that too) people are tending now to stick to a certain room to chat in where people are getting known and genuine meets are been organised.
More people have joined the site since the take over and as far as i know they can not all be chancers some are genuine swingers that have joined from either other sites or stubled upon our " comunity" dont they stand any chance to be accepted or are we ment to blank them because they were not here before the site was taken over, Because if we do not welcome new people into the comunity then i am sorry but it is going to stagnate and die.
Times change so why try and fight them I know i am not the same as i was in december who is though...................
wow this must be the lonest thing i have posted in the forum but saying that I am mainly a chat roomer and as i see so many times in here chat room is chat room and forum is forum yet we are a comuinity so they say......

hi all. we seem to be getting a bad name in the rooms. we try and keep a room open called the kent room. were not always there and cant always say hello back. for some reason if there is about 20 men in there all chatting to us at the same time and we miss one we get called all sorts of stuff in open chat hence giving us a bad name. if were not there we still get the abuse as we are in the room only to try to keep it open and to try to establish a few regulars. please be patient guys as we are only human.
