I've managed to get 100/144 with a few I know but can't get the right title for mad

I only recognised Muffin the Mule, The Woodentops and Blue Peter. Thought I'd got Rag, Tag and Bobtail but no! Thought I'd got Watch with Mother, but no!!

Here's all the answers for spell checking only, I have put them in alphabetical order so that if you don't know the show, it won't be much help.
On checking I found that I knew probably about 50, but got some spellings wrong!!!
