After spending yesterday making my Christmas cards I've decided that I'm now going to start writing them. There is such a thing as too many friends when you start writing the Christmas card list! Anyway... I thought I might watch a Christmas movie but I can't find one on Filmflex that I fancy so I figured you lot might be able to make some suggestions! So... what's your favourite Christmas movie and what can you recommend for a lazy Sunday?
.. and then who should appear?? :giggle: I just logged in to post exactly the same thing!! :giggle: Can you get out my head please missy?!! Sorry And no, it's nice and warm in here  (It's also bloody filthy!!

I watched "blizzard" earlier that was a nice Christmas story that I had not seen before  (on the free movie channels) Now watching Elf  Miracle of 34th Street Meet me in St Louis Santa Claus the Movie 1, 2 +3
NOT 'A wonderful life' or 'White Christmas' both so oozing with niceness they make me want to eat worms. Muppet's Christmas carol is the one for me (got it on DVD - missing the best song in it) - and it seems to be the closest version to the book - apart from Gonzo and the rat of course. Odd that the great Charles Dickens forgot about them. :giggle:
I watched 'Bad Santa' the other night, i've not laughed that much for ages Die hard is always a good option too, it's got snow n everything, or just put any Muppet film on
Quote by Angel Chat Annie - dunno why, just reminds me of childhood Christmases I guess!
When Daddy Starbucks came to take you to his house? :giggle: To be honest, I was a tad precocious and did know all the worlds... I soooooo used to pretend to be Annie! And - how sad - I even went to the place that they used as Daddy Warbucks' house in New Jersey and sang the song they do in the finale... oh my word - happy days! :giggle:
the list could be endless.. but if you want a funny xmas film then two of my classic Films are either National Lampoons Chrismas Vacation, Staring Chevy Chase, and Randy Quaid... or one that as me is fits of hyterics is Planes trains and Automobiles. if i was to go for an xmas Chick flick, then i liked that Love Actually ... but dont go telling everyone i watch chick flicks as it'll ruin all credability i have got! lol
