does than mean an hour less in the pubs? or do they use todays hours?

I think the official time for the clocks to go forward is about 2am, so it shouldn't affect the closing times for most pubs.

Im going nightclubbing normally out until 4 so does that mean i will be back really at 3? but the clocks will say 4?

i think most pubs/clubs ignore it and change clocks after closing
