If your starting out i would go for a silicone one, some come in packs of three, not all us guys can get on with cock rings, and metal are expensive to find out it just not for him.

Silicon is good with lubricant, otherwise hurts trying to put on and don't get a hard -n when doing it otherwise impossible to fit! Unless they are tight when fitted, I get little feeling. I prefer a wide shoelace and wrap a couple of times tightly around base of cock and balls and butterfly knot. The remaining lace is then tightly around ball sac and tie to the butterfly knot. It's really good and cheap!
