have a laptop that has 2 drives 1 drive is allmost full the other has nothing on it. Can i use both drives at once ? if yes how. Any help or idea,s please .....
Do you mean hard drives?
If so, I don't see why you can't use it like any other drive. Try going to My Computer (or equivalent) and see if you can access it from there. Try saving something on it and see if it works. I'm sure it will. (I'm no techie by the way)
Good luck.
.
yes i ment hard drives...and yes i can allso add folders to it but what i want to do is for both hard drives to work together if this is possible
When you say "work together" what exactly do you mean?
If you can access the other drive, they are working together.
If you mean that you want to delete the partition so that it becomes one larger drive, assuming it is one drive in the first place split into partitions, then that will be more difficult.
Having two partitions (say drive "C" and Dive "D") is no bad thing; Put all your program files on the "C" drive and move data on the "D" drive. Don't forget to defrag both drives afterwards to keep everything running smoothly.
